Abstract

The study aims to analyze and test how the CSR disclosure affects ROE and the company’s reputation measured by the price stock. Also to compare the level of CSR disclosure between manufacturing companies in Indonesia and Malaysia. The research was conducted by selecting of 57 the Indonesia manufacturing company public listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and 27 the Malaysia manufakturing company public listed on Malaysia Exchange and usding annual report in 2016-2018. The sample of thiss research collected by using purposived sampling. Analysis method iss simple regression method. Comparison of CSR disclosure using independent sample t-test showed that there were significant differenc between manufacturing companies in Indonesia and Malaysia
