Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh kualitas layanan, dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai Variabel intervening pada layanan rawat jalan di rsud Blambangan. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 100. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas layanan, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) kualitas layanan, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (3) kualitas layanan, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variable intervening,
