Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT.Gojek Cabang Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Insentif Dan Motivasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Driver PT.Gojek Cabang Jember Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan alat bantu berupa observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 98 responden dengan teknik quesioner, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen data (uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji linearitas, uji normalitas, uji multi kolinearitas, uji heteros kedastisitas), dan uji hipotesis (uji F,uji t, koefisien determinasi). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel insentif dan motivasi, semuanya berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Dari uji t diperoleh hasil insentif dan motivasi, semuanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Insentif Dan Motivasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja ABSTRACT This research was conducted on PT. Gojek Branch employees in Jember. This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives and motivation on the morale of the drivers of PT. Gojek Jember Branch. In this study data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 98 respondents using questionnaire technique, which aims to determine respondents' perceptions of each variable . The analysis used includes the data instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (linearity test, normality test, multi-colinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression it can be seen that the incentive and motivation variables all have a positive effect on employee morale. From the t test results obtained incentives and motivation, all of which significantly influence employee morale. Keywords: Incentives And Motivation Towards Work Spirit
