Abstract

ABSTRAK ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PASIENYANG MENGALAMI DENGUE HAEMORAGIC FEVER DENGAN HIPERTERMI DI RSD KALISAT KABUPATEN JEMBER Introduction; DHF is a disease characterized by sudden high fever for no apparent reason and persists for 2-7 days, bleeding manifestations include a positive tourniquet test, thrombocytopenia, and hemoconcentration (increased hematocrit 20%). Dengue Fever (DD) and Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) are caused by dengue virus which belongs to group B Arthood Borne Virus (Arboviroses) which is now known as Flavivirus, family Flaviricae, and has 4 types of serotypes, namely: DEN-1, DEN-2 ,DEN-3,DEN-4. Clinically, the course of dengue disease is divided into three, namely the febrile phase, the critical phase, and the healing phase. The fever phase takes place on the 1st to 3rd day of fever, the critical phase occurs on the 3rd to 7th day of fever, and the healing phase occurs after the 6th to 7th day of fever. an. A is 10 years old, and An. C is 13 years old with DHF. DHF is characterized by body temperature exceeding normal limits, hot skin, reddened skin, convulsions, tachycardia, rapid breathing. From the research process, it is known that the cause of Febris disease is the reaction of Salmonella typii bacteria that enters the body and releases endotoxins, causing cell damage.
