Key Word: Total Physical Response, Song, Vocabulary Vocabulary is the most important aspect the students have to be master when they are studying English. However, many students find vocabulary as one of the problems that they face when they want to learn English. Therefore, it is important to do a research entitled “Improving Young Learners’ Vocabulary Through Total Physical Response With Song”. In this research, the problem is “How does TPR with song improve vocabulary mastery of 3rd grade students at SD Negeri Darsono 04 Jember in the academic year of 2022/2023?” and the objective of this research referring to the research problem is to find out how TPR with song can improve vocabulary mastery. Based on the research problem and the relevant theory, the hypothesis of this research is “TPR with song can improve the 3rd grade students’ vocabulary at SD Negeri Darsono 04 Jember in the academic year of 2022/2023”. The design of this research is CAR (Classroom Action Research). The research subject is III class consisting of 10 students. The data are collected using observation and test. In order to analyze the data-students’ vocabulary score-, percentage formula is used. All of the students were active in the teaching and learning activities, and they didn’t feel bored because they can move with songs. Those caused the result of cycle two achieved the criteria of success. Success in the second cycle was supported by the use of songs with appropriate tempo and additional images that were not applied in the first cycle. TPR with song improved the students’ vocabulary mastery in two cycles from the percentage of students scored  70 (P = 37.5%) in Cycle 1 to (P = 100%) in Cycle 2. Based on the research result, It can be concluded that TPR with song is able to improve vocabulary mastery of 3rd grade students at SD Negeri Darsono 04 Jember in the academic year of 2022/2023 by guiding students to demonstrate TPR with a song that has a slightly fast tempo.
