Abstract
Abstract Through the theory approach of the health belief model, researchers want to identify and know the important priority factors that have an impact on rational individual decision-making related to determinants of increased risk of sedentary lifestyle in college students. Changes in health behavior during the pandemic experienced by students were not only positive, but there were several adaptations to new habits that left negative impacts. Sedentary lifestyle during the pandemic has sampling technique used is a multistage random sampling technique. with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection used a student characteristic questionnaire, sedentary lifestyle with the health belief model approach. Data analysis used the chie square test (p <0.005). Bivariate analysis found majority being women (81%), and the status of living in boarding houses or contracts (60%).
