Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in customer satisfaction in using BI FAST and the FLIP Application in daily transaction activities. The object of this research is the community covering three sub-districts, namely, Sumbersari Sub-district, Kaliwates Sub district, and Patrang Sub-district, Jember Regency which has a sample size of 216 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, Smirnof colmogroph test, and independent sample t-test. The research results show that the results of the customer satisfaction validity test which includes customer loyalty, repeated use of the application or system, purchasing other product variations using the system application, and customer promotions regarding BI-Fast and the FLIP Application are declared valid. The results of the independent sample t-test state that customer satisfaction, which includes customer loyalty, repeated use of the application or system, purchasing other product variations using the system application, and customer promotions regarding BI-Fast and the FLIP Application have significant differences.
