Abstract

Abstrak UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH JEMBER PROGRAM STUDI S1-ILMU KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN Skripsi, Juli 2024 Ika Puji Dewi Rahayu Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat pada pasien Gangguan Jiwa Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jenggawah Jember Xvii + hal + 2 bagan + 11 tabel + 10 lampiran Abstrak Gangguan jiwa adalah orang yang mengalami gangguan dalam pikiran, perilaku dan perasaan yang termanisfestasi dalam bentuk sekumpulan gejala atau perubahan perilaku yang bermakna. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan anggota keluarga merasakan tertekan karena merawat anggota keluarga yang mengalami masalah gangguan jiwa. Kepatuhan dicirikan sebagai metode pemberian dosis sehubungan dengan dosis pasien, waktu, porsi dosis dan pengulangan selama durasi pengobatan yang direkomendasikan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pasien gangguan jiwa di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jenggawah. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Simpel Random Sampling yang berjumlah 37 sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni keluarga pasien dengan jumlah 37 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Spearman rho. Hasil : Dari hasil uji Spearman rho didapatkan nilai signifikan p value 0,001 atau (p value ≤ 0,05), dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima, yang artinya ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat dengan nilai koefisiensi korelasi (r) 0,506 yang artinya memiliki kekuatan hubungan yang sedang. Saran : Keluarga yang masih satu rumah dengan pasien gangguan jiwa dapat meningkatkan lagi pengetahuan dan dukungan maupun dorongan untuk pasien gangguan jiwa agar pengobatan berhasil sesuai program. These conditions often lead family members to experience stress while caring for affected individuals. Medication adherence is characterized by the method of administering doses in accordance with patient-specific dosages, timing, portion sizes, and frequency over the recommended treatment duration. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between family support and medication adherence in patients with mental disorders in the working area of Jenggawah Community Health Center. Method : This research employed a Cross-Sectional design. Total Sampling technique was used, involving 31 samples. The population consisted of families of patients, totaling 31 respondents. Results : Data analysis utilized Spearman's rho test. From the Spearman's rho test results, a significant p value of 0.001 (p value ≤ 0.05) was obtained, indicating that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, suggesting a relationship between family support and medication adherence, indicating a relationship between family support and medication adherence with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.506, indicating a moderate strength of relationship. Recommendation: Families residing with individuals suffering from mental disorders should enhance their knowledge and support to ensure the success of the treatment program.
