Abstract

Jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Situbondo pada tahun 2022 berjumlah 673.102 jiwa, terdiri dari 329.350 laki dan 343.752 perempuan. Berdasarkan information tersebut, terjadi penambahan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 6.483 jiwa dibandingkan tahun 2021. Angka ini terus bertambah pada tahun 2023 dan tahun berikutnya. Metode yang di gunakan adalah observasi, yaitu dilakukan dengan cara survei dilapangan secara langsung untuk mendapatkan data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk data primer senidiri yaitu membagi kuesioner kepada pengguna jalan Basuki Rahmat dalam bentuk google form dengan target hingga 150 responden. Sedangkan data sekunder yang dibutuhkan adalah kondisi jalan dan peraturan jalan yang berlaku. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat harapan pengguna jalan pada Jalan Basuki Rahmat Kabupaten Situbondo rata-rata sebesar 4,28. Tinggi tingkat kepuasan pengguna jalan pada Jalan Basuki Rahmat Kabupaten Situbondo rata-rata sebesar 3,36. Road user satisfaction index pada jalan Basuki Rahmat Kabupaten Situbondo sebesar 67,17. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengguna jalan merasa puas terhadap keadaan jalan Basuki Rahmat Kabupaten Situbondo. Kata Kunci: Harapan, Kepuasan, Road User Satisfaction Index Abstract Situbondo is one of the districts in East Java with population growth continuing to increase from year to year. The population of Situbondo Regency in 2022 will be 673,102 people, consisting of 329,350 men and 343,752 women. Based on this information, there has been an increase in population of 6,483 people compared to 2021. This figure will continue to increase in 2023 and the following year. The method used is observation, which is carried out by direct field survey to obtain primary and secondary data. For independent primary data, namely distributing questionnaires to Basuki Rahmat road users in the form of a Google form with a target of up to 150 respondents. Meanwhile, the secondary data needed is road conditions and applicable road regulations. From the results of this research, it was found that the average level of hope for road users on Jalan Basuki Rahmat, Situbondo Regency, was 4.28. The average level of road user satisfaction on Jalan Basuki Rahmat, Situbondo Regency is 3.36. Road user satisfaction index on Jalan Basuki Rahmat, Situbondo Regency is 67.17. This indicates that road users are satisfied with the condition of the Basuki Rahmat road, Situbondo Regency. Keywords: Expectations, Satisfaction, Road User Satisfaction Index
