Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh E-Security, E-Trust, dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap E-Satisfaction pengguna aplikasi DANA di Kabupaten Jember. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, data dikumpulkan dari 180 responden yang aktif menggunakan aplikasi DANA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan E-Trust memberikan dampak terbesar. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peningkatan keamanan, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan penggunaan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi keuangan digital. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh penyedia layanan digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka dan memperkuat loyalitas pengguna.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to evaluate the impact of E-Security, E-Trust, and Perceived Ease of Use on the E-Satisfaction of DANA application users in Jember Regency. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, data were collected from 180 respondents who are active users of the DANA application. The results show that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, with E-Trust having the largest impact. These findings highlight the importance of improving security, trust, and ease of use in enhancing user satisfaction in digital financial services. Practical implications of this study can be used by digital service providers to improve their service quality and strengthen user loyalty.
