Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmenganilisispengaruhkepuasan
kerjadandisiplinkerjasecaraparsialmaupunsimultan
terhadap
komitmen
organisasi.Jenispenelitiandeskriptifkuantitatifdengandesainpenelitiankausal.Popul
asididalampenelitianiniadalahseluruhkaryawan PT. PADMATIRTA WISESA
Cabang
Jember.Sampel
yang
digunakansebanyak61responden,menggunakanteknikproporsional
random
sampling.Hasilpenelitianinimembuktikanbahwakepuasan
kerjadandisiplinkerjasecaraparsialmaupunsimultanberpengaruhsignifikanterhadap
komitmen
organisasi.Semuavariableindependenmemilikinilaikoefisienregresipositif,
artinyasemakinbervariasikepuasan
kerjadansemakintinggidisiplin
kerjamakakomitmen
organisasiakansemakinmeningkat.
Analisiskoefisiendeterminasimenunjukanbahwa25,0%
komitmen
organisasidipengaruhiolehkepuasan
kerjadandisiplinkerja.
Sedangkansisanya75,0% dipengaruhiolehvariabel
lain diluar model
ataupersamaan, sepertiLoyalitaskaryawan, Lingkungankerjadan lain - lain.
