Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of promotion, price and product quality on consumer loyalty Oppo smartphone on Student Economics University of Muhammadiyah Jember 2013. The type of quantitative descriptive research using purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 students. To analyze the validity of the measuring instrument the validity test is used, while to know whether the measuring instrument is reliable, the reliability test is used. Multiple linear regression is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The test results obtained indicate that the promotion, price and product quality variables are able to explain the variations that occur in Oppo smartphone customer loyalty. Each variable has a positive and significant influence on Oppo smartphone customer loyalty at the 2013 Economics Student University of Muhammadiyah Jember
