Abstract

STUDI EVALUASI JEMBATAN Mr. WAHID KECAMATAN AJUNG DALAM RANGKA PELEBARAN JALUR LALU LINTAS Lanang Eroica Ridho Illahi Dosen 1Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember Email raiderjaht@gmail.com Abstrak Perkembangan dan kemajuan dalam dunia ekonomi menyebabkan salah satu permasalahan dibidang transportasi jalan raya semakin kompleks. Pengembangan transportasi udara yang berupa bandar udara ( Bandara) yang terletak di jalan Mr. Wahid Desa Wirowongso Kecamatan Ajung Kab. Jember. kondisi jembatan yang sempit dan tidak bisa dilalui oleh kendaraan roda empat secara bersamaan di atas jembatan. Dari permasalahan di atas perlu adanya evaluasi mengenai jembatan tersebut. Karena jembatan tersebut merupakan jalur dengan mobilitas yang tinggi, untuk itu diperlukan pelebaran jembatan. Di dalam pelebaran tersebut memerlukan perkuatan pada gelagar yang lama. Perkuatan digunakan untuk memperkuat gelagar baja tersebut menggunakan perkuatan CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer). Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode survei lalulintas , maka kondisi jembatan yang ada perlu di perlebar, materi untuk perkuatan gelagar dengan adanya pelebaran jembatandigunakan Fiber Rainforced Polymer jenis Carbon dengan tebal 1mm pada setiap sisi profil baja WF, dengan perekat Epoxy. Dari hasil menggunakan sebelum menggunakan perkuatan CFRP tegangan baja maksumum yang terjadi 220,25Mpa ≤ 240 Mpa sesudah menggunakan perkuatan CFRP 176,502 Mpa > 240 Mpa. Kemudian kontrol Lendutan yang terjadi sebelum menggunakan perkuatan CFRP δ = 2,407 ≤ = 2 (tidakaman), lendutan sesudah menggunakan perkuatan CFRP δ = 2≤ = 2 ( aman ) Kata Kunci : Pelebaran Jembatan , Perkuatan Jembatan,Tegangan baja dan Lendutan Abstract Developments and progress in the world of economy have caused one of the problems in the field of road transportation to be increasingly complex. Development of air transportation in the form of an airport (Airport) which is located on Jalan Mr. Wahid, Wirowongso Village, Ajung District, Kab. Jember. the condition of the bridge is narrow and cannot be traversed by four-wheeled vehicles simultaneously on the bridge. From the problems above, it is necessary to evaluate the bridge. Because the bridge is a path with high mobility, it is necessary to widen the bridge. In this widening, it is necessary to strengthen the old girder. Reinforcement is used to strengthen the steel girder using CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) reinforcement. From the results of the analysis using the traffic survey method, the condition of the existing bridge needs to be widened, the material for strengthening the girder with the widening of the bridge is using Carbon Fiber Rainforced Polymer with a thickness of 1 mm on each side of the WF steel profile, with Epoxy adhesive. From the results of using before using CFRP reinforcement, the maximum steel stress that occurs is 220.25 Mpa 240 Mpa after using CFRP reinforcement of 176.502 Mpa > 240 Mpa. Then control Deflection that occurs before using CFRP reinforcement = 2,407 = 2 (unsafe), deflection after using CFRP reinforcement = 2≤ = 2 (safe) Keywords: Bridge Widening, Bridge Reinforcement, Steel Tension and Deflection
