Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh tunjangan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, displin kerja dan kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kehutan Wilayah Lumajang. Penelitian ini berjenis causal explanatory. Populasi target penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah Lumajang sebanyak 87 Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi statistic SPSS 22.0 sebagai analisis deskriptif dan WARP PLS 7.0 sebagai alat analisis inferensia. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat; 1) pengaruh tunjangan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja PNS Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah Lumajang sebesar 74,4%. 2) terdapat pengaruh tunjangan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja PNS Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah Lumajang sebesar 71,6%. 3) terdapat pengaruh tunjangan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah Lumajang sebesar 4,0%. 4) terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja PNS Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah Lumajang sebesar 28,6%. 5) terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja PNS Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah Lumajang sebesar 66,4%. 6) terdapat pengaruh tunjangan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening sebesar 40,0%. 7) terdapat pengaruh tunjangan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening sebesar 68,8%. Kata kunci : tunjangan kerja, motivasi kerja, displin kerja dan kinerja. Abstract This study aimed to examine the effect of work allowances on work motivation, work discipline, and performance of Civil Servants of the Lumajang Regional Forestry Service. This research is a causal explanatory type. The research target population is all Civil Servants of the Lumajang Regional Forestry Service Branch as many as 87 Civil Servants. The data obtained were then processed using the statistical application tools SPSS 22.0 as descriptive analysis and WARP PLS 7.0 as an inferential analysis tool. Based on the results of the research tests conducted, it shows that the study results indicate that there are; 1) the effect of work allowances on the work motivation of civil servants in the Lumajang Regional Forestry Service Branch 74.4%. 2) there is an effect of work allowances on the work discipline of civil servants in the Lumajang Regional Forestry Service Branch of 71.6%. 3) there is an effect of work allowances on the performance of civil servants in the Lumajang Regional Forestry Service Branch of 4.0%. 4) there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the Lumajang Regional Forestry Service Branch of 28.6%. 5) there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of civil servants in the Lumajang Region Forestry Service Branch of 66.4%. 6) there is an effect of work allowances on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable of 40.0%. 7) there is an effect of work allowances on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable of 68.8%.
