Abstract

This study purpose is to determine effect of social responsibility, Corporate Governance and Firm size on corporate Profitability and corporate value in Manufacturing Firm listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses three variables type, namely: exogenous, endogenous and intervening variables. Exogenous variable are social responsibility, Corporate Governance and Firm size. Endogenous variable is Firm value, while intervening variable is Profitability. This studi population is manufacturing firm listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, with amount of population is 133 firms. After selection process then 42 firms are used as research sample. This study analysis method is path analysis using Partial Least Square. Results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, and Firm size have positive effect on Profitability. Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Firm size, and Profitability have positive effect on Firm value.
