Abstract

(2) Dr. Agus Presetyo Utomo, S.Si, M.Pd Kata Kunci : Teknik Budidaya, Karakteristik, Kopi Rakyat, Bahan Ajar Kopi merupakan salah satu produk yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia, kopi yang banyak ditanam dan dikonsumsi yaitu kopi robusta. Kopi akan terasa nikmat apabila kualitas dari kopi tersebut bagus. Kualitas kopi yang bagus tidak terlepas dari teknik budidaya yang dilakukan oleh para petani kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik budidaya dan karakteristik tanaman kopi robusta di Kawasan Meru Betiri, dan untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian yang digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kawasan Meru Betiri yang meliputi 3 Desa yaitu Desa Pace, Desa Suco, dan Desa Sanenrejo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan metode snowball dan purposive sampling untuk pemilihan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran berupa atlas dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE yang dibatasi hingga langkah development. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian teknik budidaya yang dilakukan petani meliputi pemilihan lahan, persiapan lahan, penanaman penaung, pembibitan, penanaman, pemupukan, pemangkasan, pengelolaan penaung (penaung tetap atau penaung sementara), dan pengendalian hama telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian No 49 tahun 2014. Perbedaan terletak pada pohon penaung yang ditanam oleh petani. Karakteristik tanaman kopi robusta klon Tugusari, klon BP 42, dan BP 358 memiliki sedikit perbedaan yaitu pada ujung daun dan bentuk buah. Sumber belajar atlas dapat dijadikan sebagai media dalam membantu proses pembelajaran. Atlas sebagai bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dikategorikan layak untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar biologi dengan hasil validasi ahli materi 84%, ahli bahasa 80%, dan ahli media 74% . (2) Dr. Agus Presetyo Utomo, S.Si, M.Pd Keywords: Cultivation Techniques, Characteristics, Folk Coffee, Teaching Materials Coffee is one of the products favored by the people of Indonesia, coffee that is widely grown and consumed is robusta coffee. Coffee will taste good if the quality of the coffee is good. A good quality of coffee cannot be separated from the cultivation techniques carried out by the coffee farmers. This research aims to find out the cultivation techniques and characteristics of robusta coffee plants in Meru Betiri Area, and to find out the results of research used as a source of learning. This research was conducted in Meru Betiri Area which includes 3 villages namely Pace Village, Suco Village, and Sanenrejo Village. This type of the research is qualitative descriptive, with snowball and purposive sampling methods for the informant selection. Data collection techniques was using interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.The results of this study are developed as a learning media in the form of an atlas using the ADDIE method which is limited to development steps. Based on the results of cultivation techique research conducted by farmers including land selection, land preparation, planting of patrons, breeding, planting, fertilization, pruning, management of patrons (permanent patrons or temporary patrons), and pest control has been in accordance with The Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 49 of 2014. The difference lies in the patrons tree that is planted by the farmer. Characteristics of robusta coffee plants clone Tugusari, BP 42 clones, and BP 358 have a slight difference, namely at the tip of the leaves and the shape of the fruit. Atlas learning resources can be used as a media in helping the learning process. Atlas as a teaching material developed is categorized as worthy to be utilized as a biology teaching material with the results of the experts validation, the material is 84%, linguists is 80%, and media is 74%.
