Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital on Productivity with the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) as moderating in multifinance services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2018. Obtained a population of 44 companies and a sample of 6 companies. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS software tools. The results showed that intellectual capital variable did not significantly influence the productivity of multifinance service companies in Indonesia, ESOP as a moderating variable was able to strengthen the relationship between intellectual capital on productivity but could not have a positive impact.
