Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational support, and motivation on employee performance in the Jember Regional Forestry Branch Office. The total population of this study was 95, which was also used as a sample in the study. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that job satisfaction variables significantly influence work motivation, organizational spport has no significant effect on work motivation, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
