Abstract
Halal label is a form of halal statement to indicate that the product is referred to as a halal product and serves as a protection to consumers agat created legal certainty and consumer guaranteed. Lately many products have not halal certification resulted in Muslim consumers, it is difficult to distinguish which products are true halal funds man consumed. The fact that most of the drug products in the market is pointed out is not yet clear halal. The purpose of this thesis explains the form of legal protection against consumers of drug products without halal label. This type of research is normative juridical. Data analysis used qualitative method of legal material analysis, which is a method of research based on general concept or theory applied to explain about a set of data, or show comparation or relation of data set with other data set systematically based on collected material of law, added the opinion of scholars who are related to the study material as comparative material. Based on the results of the research, the form of legal protection against consumers of drug products without halal label is the form of legal protection against consumers of drug products without halal label referring to the provisions of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 33 of 2014 on Warranties Halal Products.
