Abstract

Studi Kapasitas Rumah Susun Asrama Mahasiswa Dengan Kondisi Mutu Beton Yang Sudah Terbangung Ainul Yaqin1) , Pujo Priyono2) , Arief Alihudien3) 1Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember Email : Ainulyaqin@gmail.com 2Dosen Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember Email : Pujopriyono@unmuhjember.ac.id 3Dosen Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember Email : Ariefalihudien@unmuhjember.ac.id ABSTRAK Asrama Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember merupakan tempat penginapan yang ditujukan untuk anggota suatu kelompok, umumnya mahasiswa yang menempuh Pendidikan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yang berada di Kabupaten Jember yang berlokasi di Jalan Karimata Jember. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunannya digunakan konstruksi beton bertulang yang mana beton adalah suatu material yang heterogen dan sehingga kualitas mutu beton, dengan mutu beton =24,9 MPa didasarkan pada sifat karakteristik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui derajad penyimpangan kualitas beton yang terbangun terhadap rencana yang akan dipakai pada proyek pembangunan Rumah Susun Asrma. Adapun metode yang dilakukan pengujian beton di laboratorium dan di analisisi evaluasi kualitas beton terbangun dan kuat gedung terbangun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh Standart Deviasi Kuat Tekan Mutu Benda Uji : 51,615, Kuat Tekan Uji Korelasi Standart Deviasi : 331,163 Kg/Cm2, Presentase Kuat Tekan Benda Uji Terhadap Kuat Rencana : 110,39%, kekuatan kolom senilai 0.585 dan rasio P/M saat kondisi mutu beton rencana senilai 0.562, periode getar senilai 0.756 detik. In the implementation of the construction, reinforced concrete construction was used, where concrete is a heterogeneous material and so the quality of concrete, with concrete quality = 24.9 MPa, is based on characteristic properties. This research aims to determine the degree of deviation in the quality of the concrete built according to the plan that will be used in the Asrma Flats construction project. The method used is to test the concrete in the laboratory and analyze it to evaluate the quality of the concrete and the strength of the building. Based on the results of the analysis, the standard deviation of the compressive strength of the quality of the test object was: 51.615, the compressive strength of the correlation test, the standard deviation: 331.163 Kg/Cm2, the percentage of the compressive strength of the test object to the design strength: 110.39%, the column strength was 0.585 and the current P/M ratio the planned concrete quality condition is 0.562, the vibration period is 0.756 seconds.
