Abstract
Prasangga Tegar Laksana, “Studi Empiris Tentang Variabel Yang
Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pada Usaha Konveksi Dhea Fashion”. The aim
of this research are (1) As one of the requirements to obtain a Bachelor of
Management degree, (2) To provide an evaluation and suggestion on the effect of
applying each variable of leadership, incentive and good discipline in the Dhea
Fashion convection business that has been applied ( 3) To measure the level of
influence of leadership, incentive and discipline of work simultaneously on the
performance of employee in the Dhea Fashion convection business. This research
discussed about various things regarding the variables of leadership, incentive and
work discipline and how they affect partially or silmatically on employee
performance. The influence of leadership, incentive and discipline of work that will
be discussed in this research serve as one of the input to be able to be an evaluation
and suggestion for the company.
