Abstract

Financial astrology merupakan cabang ilmu dari ekonomi yang menggabungkan finansial, astronomi dan psikologi yang banyak diperdebatkan di dalam dunia ekonomi termasuk dunia pasar modal. Studi ini menganalisis perbedaan pada salah satu event financial astrology yaitu dua event lunar cycle, new moon dan full moon pada pola harga saham yang terdapat di dalam indeks SRI KEHATI. Penelitian ini berbasis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data sekunder menggunakan purposive sampling. Sample diperoleh sebanyak 11 perusahaan dengan total data yang diperoleh sebanyak 8.046 data event lunar cycle. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji beda kelompok yang berpasangan sebelum dan sesudah new moon serta sebelum dan sesudah full moon. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah new moon pada pola harga saham dalam indeks SRI KEHATI, dan tidak terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah full moon pada pola harga saham dalam indeks SRI KEHATI.
