Abstract

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the factors - factors that affect the implementation of the innovation program of Integrated Fight disobedience movement and Drugs (Gerdu Bersinar) in the regency with a case study in Bondowoso City District. In addition this thesis also examines how the impact and any barriers that exist in the implementation of the program. This thesis was made using a qualitative descriptive case study approach. The location is the object of the City District of Bondowoso with interviewees is Bondowoso Police resources are research, Kodim 0822 Bondowoso, Bondowoso municipal police, and Bakesbangpol Bondowoso. The data collection technique by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by means of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The results of this study are the print mass media, electronic mass media, and online media become factors - factors that affect the implementation of the Innovation Program Gerdu Bersinar. The impact of the program is the decrease in crime, immorality, and drug abuse in the District of the City Bondowoso. Coordination problems and the limited facilities and infrastructure does not become a bottleneck in. the implementation of the gerdu bersinar innovation program.

ABSTRAK

Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor – faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan program inovasi Gerakan Terpadu Berantas Kemaksiatan dan Narkoba (GERDU BERSINAR) di Kabupaten Bondowoso dengan studi kasus di Kecamatan Kota Bondowoso. Selain itu skripsi ini juga mengkaji tentang bagaimana dampak serta apa saja hambatan yang ada dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut. Skripsi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi yang menjadi objek adalah Kecamatan Kota Bondowoso dengan sumber penelitian adalah Polres Bondowoso, Kodim 0822 Bondowoso, Satpol PP Kabupaten Bondowoso, dan Bakesbangpol Bondowoso. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah media massa cetak, media massa elektronik, dan media online menjadi faktor – faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Program Inovasi Gerdu Bersinar. Dampak dari program tersebut adalah menurunnya angka kriminalitas, kemaksiatan, dan narkoba di Kecamatan Kota Bondowoso. Masalah koordinasi serta keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana tidak menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksnaan Program.
