Abstract
This Research on the analysis of return on asset, current ratio and debt to equity ratio of the dividend payout ratio on a finance company listed on the indonesian stock exchange (period 2010-20140. The objective of this research is to analyzes the effect of return on asset (ROA), current ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) on dividend payout ratio (DPR). The samples used in this research are 5 companies with purposive sampling and. Data collection method used in this research is using a financial statements.Analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis , classical assumption ( multicoloniarity test , normality test , and Heteroskidastity test) , and hypothesis test. So that the data analysis can be concluded that the return on asset (ROA), current ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) partial positive influence and significant on dividend payout ratio (DPR)) .
