Abstract

Fire is a disaster that can happen as a result of human negligence. Fire disaster can actually be prevented by fire detectors. This fire detector is a system design equipped with smoke and automatic fire extinguishers that are integrated with webcam and Computer so that the system can take pictures and store image data in case of fire. The smoke and automatic fire extinguishers are also integrated with LM35 temperature sensors and MQ2 smoke sensors to detect temperature and smoke in the room. The temperature and smoke parameters in the room are divided into three conditions: safe condition with average temperature 26.4 0C – 27.22 0C and smoke 224.8 ppm - 291.2 ppm, standby condition with average temperature 26.7 0C - 27.96 0C and smoke 2255.2 ppm - 4047.8 ppm, hazardous conditions with mean temperature of 61.7 0C - 66.54 0C and smoke 3626.6 ppm - 4406.8 ppm. The average duration of fire extinguishers and smoke inhalation in the event of fire is 23.234 seconds - 32.238 seconds. In this system installed SMS gateway module that can provide fire location information to related parties or firefighters with an average duration of SMS sending time of 10,982 seconds - 14,382 seconds in accordance with the conditions of the network meet. System reliability on this tool is 100%.
