Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and work discipline on job
satisfaction among employees of PT. Regional Development Bank, Tbk. Jember Branch. The study population
was all employees of PT. Regional Development Bank, Tbk. Jember Branch with a total of 66 employees, all of
whom were used as samples in this study. Validity and reliability tests are used to test the measurement tools in
the form of questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling Analysis (SEM) is used to determine the effect of the
influence of the work environment, compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction. The results showed
that the work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has no significant effect
on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
