Abstract

Production process in the company will never out of any expenses rising which need to be considered even more respect in controlling them to rich efficiently propose. Which ask the costly allocation in its process in most of those expenses aspects is raw material expense. The company using the traditional method in their production procedure will have the action to create the product and then distribute them, where this action is need to be changed with wisely way such as Just in time method in their production system to rich the efficiently of their resources. CV. Vedensia Inti Perkasa is one of company, having program to change their production system from traditional method to the modern method called Just in time method. This implementation will force management to analyze what are technique, procedure, advantage, and worse of using this method in their company. Analyze will focus on the implementation Just in time method as production system concerning in packing box production system of their use of raw material expenses, then calculating them and comparing them with traditional method they used before. The result of this research is just in time method will create efficiently of their need of production aspect such as lower cost of purchasing material, and lower cost of saving cost of material than traditional production system.
