Abstract

Biothanol is liquid obtained from engineered process from biomass (plants) throught a biology process (enzimatik and fermentation). Bioethanol made of materials containing carbohydrates, glucose, and cellulose. Fermentation is a process biochemistry where evidence for changes a chemical reaction with assistance microorganisms. Distillation are splitting liquid consisting af two or more liquid throught warming. Warming intended for evaporating components more volatile or the boiling point lower and then steam obtained condensation again become liquid and be held in container. The purpose of building this device is to make unit of production bioethanol an effective and efficient. Result in production process is 4 litres bioethanol 10% produce 940 ml in 260 minute with bioethanol 88 % with three times destillation process.
