Abstract
The study entitled influence of organizational culture and leadership style on organizational commitment administrators at Pondok Pesantren Al Jauhar Sumbersari Jember Students aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on board the organization's commitment boarding school Al Jauhar Sumbersasri Jember simultaneously and partially.The samples used in this study are 37 people with the technique of sampling the population. Data collection methods used in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The analysis includes the validity, reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, test multicoloniarity, Heteroskidastity test, T-test, Test F and Test Coefficient of Determination, and Test Quadrant.From the results of multiple linear regression analysis using t-test suggests that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of organizational culture on organizational commitment administrators. Thus the first hypothesis assumed that organizational culture positive and significant effect on organizational commitment PPM board. Al Jauhar proven true or accepted and t test result states that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style on board organizational commitment. Thus the second hypothesis which assumed the leadership style of positive and significant effect on organizational commitment PPM board. Al Jauhar not truth or rejected. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using test f premises stating that there is positive and significant correlation between the variables of organizational culture and leadership style on board organizational commitment. Thus the third hypothesis is thought that the organizational culture and leadership style positive and significant impact on organizational commitment PPM board. Al Jauhar proven true or acceptable.
