Abstract

Economic Development in Indonesia has grown very fast. Marketing in the economic field is one of the keys to success in a business. Marketing strategies, such as product marketing used by companies that are more customer oriented. As a result, competition arises in improving the quality of products between companies. The company's way of being able to survive in increasingly fierce competition is by having to further improve the quality of the products it produces by paying attention to the needs and desires of customers who are increasingly complex and always changing with the times. Product quality is a determining factor for the level of satisfaction obtained by customers after purchasing and using a product. The success of a company in increasing customer satisfaction is also inseparable from the quality of services provided by the company. Promotional activities have an important role in offering a product and attracting potential consumers to decide to buy the product offered. The effectiveness of promotional actions can be achieved if the company implements a marketing mix which is the most effective combination to increase sales.
