Efektifitas Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Untuk Mengurangi Kemiskinan Di Desa Tempurejo Kecamatan Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember

Poverty is a multisectoral problem that requires action from various parties at the ministerial, institutional, and community levels. This shows the need for more effective interventions to improve community welfare. The impact of poverty is particularly evident in Tempurejo Village, where a lack of education and skills hinders improvements in living standards and the quality of human resources. This study aims to understand and identify the factors influencing the success and challenges faced in implementing this program. The implementation of PKH in Tempurejo Village has been in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs No. 1 of 2018, with mechanisms that include validation of data on potential recipients, penetration of beneficiary families, distribution of social assistance, mentoring, family capacity building (P2K2), verification of commitment, data rotation, and transformation of participation. PKH is considered effective in achieving its objectives. The Family Hope Program (PKH) in Tempurejo Village, Jember District, has proven effective in improving community welfare and reducing poverty. This success is supported by effective program outreach, accurate recipient selection, structured and timely assistance distribution, and positive behavioral changes among Beneficiary Families (KPM).
