Psychological well-being is a completed achievement from a person’s potential in
which the individual can accept as she/he is. Blood sugar is glucose level in the
blood. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between
psychological well-being with blood sugar levels on mellitus diabetic at Insan
Medika Sejatehra Foundation Bondowoso. The design used correlation with cross
sectional method. The population of this research were estimated-patients during
for the last 3 months that were 100 people who visited. The sample used 30
people with inklusi and ekslusi criteria, which was taken by Quota Sampling. The
data test analyzing was spearman rho’. Based on data analyzing from
psychological well-being with blood sugar levels resulted p value = 0,000 <α =
0,05 with the coefficient correlation score was 0,658 thus it can be concluded
there was a correlation between psychological well-being with blood sugar levels
on mellitus diabetic at Insan Medika Sejatehra Foundation Bondowoso. The
conclusion of this study is a better psychological well-being, the sugar blood level
would been controled.
