Abstract
Runtut Kebijakan UUD 1945 yang menetapkan bahwa setiap warga negara Indonesia berhak mendapatkan pendidikan yang dikemas dengan sistem pendidikan nasional. Pendidikan yang didapatkan secara nasional dianggap sama dan adil. Pemerintah saat ini memilih untuk memberlakukan sistem zonasi sebagai alternatif dalam memperoleh pendidikan dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB). Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan evaluasi kepuasan sistem zonasi yang telah berjalan, sehingga kesempatan ini diadakanlah penulisan tugas akhir dengan rumusan masalah bagaimana tentang tingkat kepuasan PPDB sistem zonasi di SMP Negeri 1 Genteng di tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan PPDB sistem zonasi di SMP Negeri 1 Genteng. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan merujuk metode PIECES. Responden yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 92 responden. Penelitian bertempat di SMP N 1 Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan indeks Rerata kepuasan dari penskoran skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan dengan metode PIECES yang meliputi: performance terdapat pengguna tidak puas; information terdapat pengguna tidak puas; economy terdapat pengguna tidak puas; control terdapat pengguna tidak puas; efficiency dikategorikan cukup puas; dan service dikategorikan pengguna cukup puas. Disarankan perlu adanya sosialiasi tambahan atas ketidak puasan pengguna, karena sistem PPDB telah beralih secara digital. Informasi terkait sistem zonasi sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat untuk memberikan pengetahuan tujuan dari pemberlakuan PPDB jalur zonasi. Kata kunci: PPDB; sistem zonasi; tingkat kepuasan ABSTRACT The constitution of the 1945 Constitution stipulates that every Indonesian citizen has the right to education packaged with the national education system. Education obtained nationally is considered equal and fair. The government currently chooses to implement a zoning system as an alternative in obtaining education in the acceptance of new students (PPDB). In this case, it is necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of the zoning system that has been running, so that this opportunity is held to write a final project with the formulation of the problem about the level of satisfaction of the PPDB of the zoning system at SMP Negeri 1 Genteng in the 2019/2020 school year. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of satisfaction with the PPDB zoning system at SMP Negeri 1 Genteng. The research method carried out by the author is using a quantitative approach by referring to the PIECES method. Respondents used as research samples were 92 respondents. The research took place at SMP N 1 Genteng, Banyuwangi Regency. The analysis technique used is the average satisfaction index from the Likert scale scoring. The results showed that the level of satisfaction with the PIECES method which includes: performance, there are dissatisfied users; information there are dissatisfied users; economy there are dissatisfied users; control there are dissatisfied users; efficiency is categorized as quite satisfied; and services categorized as quite satisfied users. It is recommended that additional socialization be needed for user dissatisfaction, because the PPDB system has switched digitally. Information related to the zoning system is very much needed by the community to provide knowledge about the purpose of implementing the PPDB on the zoning line.
