Abstrak
Musculoskeletal disorders merupakan gangguan patologis yang merusak elemen
otot lunak serta timbul akibat dari pekerjaan yang berkelanjutan dengan durasi yang
panjang karena repetisi kegiatan dari anggota fisik yang sama dengan sikap yang
salah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan kualitas kerja
dengan kejadian musculoskeletal disorders pada kelompok Sekar Tani I di Desa
Puger Kulon Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 148 petani dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah
108 petani. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 73 responden (67,6%) memiliki kualitas kerja
kurang optimal, sedangkan kejadian musculoskeletal disorders didapatkan 69
responden (63,9%) memiliki keluhan tinggi. Hubungan kualitas kerja dengan
kejadian musculoskeletal disorders pada petani dengan uji spearman rho (α = 0,05)
didapatkan nilai p value 0,0001 dengan koefisien korelasi 0,537. Kesimpulan
penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas kerja dengan
kejadian musculoskeletal disorders pada petani dengan arah korelasi semakin
kurang optimal kualitas kerja maka musculoskeletal disorders akan semakin tinggi.
Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengatur faktor usia sebagai
faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam penelitian yang berhubungan dengan
musculoskeletal disorders.

Abstract
Musculoskeletal disorders are pathological disorders that damage soft muscle
elements and arise as a result of continuous work of a long duration due to
repetition of activities of the same physical member with the wrong attitude. The
purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work quality and
the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders in the Sekar Tani I group in Puger Kulon
Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. The research method used is
correlational with the cross sectional study approach. The population in this study
was 148 farmers and the sample in this study was 108 farmers. This research
instrument used a likert scale questionnaire. The results showed that 73
respondents (67.6%) had less than optimal work quality, while the incidence
of musculoskeletal disorders was obtained by 69 respondents (63.9%) had high
complaints. The relationship between the quality of work and the incidence of
musculoskeletal disorders in farmers with the spearman rho test (α = 0.05)
obtained a p value of 0.0001 with a correlation coefficient of 0.537. The conclusion
of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the quality of work
and the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders in farmers with the direction of
correlation the less optimal the quality of work, the higher the musculoskeletal
disorders. The recommendations in this study are expected to regulate age factors
as factors that must be considered in studies related to musculoskeletal disorders.
