Skripsi ini merupakan hasil dari penelitian lapangan tentang “Analisis Pengelolaan dan Pemanfaatan Tanah Wakaf Dalam Menciptakan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Masjid Roudhotul Muchlisin Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan Bagaimana pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Masjid Roudhotul Muchlisin Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember? Bagaimana pemanfaatan tanah wakaf di Masjid Roudhotul Muchlisin Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember? Dan bagaimana analisis pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan tanah wakaf dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Masjid Roudhotul Muchlisin Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember?. Data penelitian ini dihimpun melalui Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan para nadzir masjid roudhotul muchlisin dan pemilik stand food corner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, Sistem pengelolaan wakaf di Masjid Roudhotul Muchlisin secara umum sudah menggunakan pengelolaan tanah wakaf yang professional. Kedua, Pemanfaatan tanah wakaf yang dipilih oleh para nadzir dari lahan kosong sekitaran masjid adalah dengan cara membangun dan menyewakan food corner. Ketiga, Pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan tanah wakaf yang dilakukan oleh para nadzir di Masjid Roudhotul Muchlisin dengan cara membangun food corner dan menyewakan tempat untuk acara pernikahan dan kajian islam adalah salah satu ide kreatif yang mencerminkan sebuah pengelolaan wakaf yang professional. Sejalan dengan kesimpulan di atas terdapat beberapa saran yaitu: pertama, kepada para pengurus harus berupaya untuk lebih memaksimalkan lagi pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan dengan membenahi aspek managemen dan juga keuangan agar hasil dari pemanfaatan tanah wakaf juga dapat terlihat lebih baik lagi. Kedua, kepada para Pemerintah dan Istansi terkait tentunya juga harus memiliki peran lebih besar untuk mendukung strategi-strategi yang dilakukan oleh para nadzir. Mengingat hal ini juga berkaitan dengan solusi pemberantasan kemiskinan yang dapat dilakukan dan menjadi tugas pihak Pemerintah. ABSTRACT Lukman Yuda Putra, 2023. This thesis is the result of field research on "Analysis of Management and Utilization of Waqf Land in Creating Community Welfare at the Roudhotul Muchlisin Mosque, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. This study aims to answer the problem How is the management of waqf land in the Roudhotul Muchlisin Mosque, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency? How is the use of waqf land in the Roudhotul Muchlisin Mosque, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency? And what is the analysis of the management and utilization of waqf land in creating community welfare at the Roudhotul Muchlisin Mosque, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency? The research data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques with the nadzirs of the Roudhotul Muchlisin mosque and the owners of food corner stands which were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods.The results of this study indicate that: first, the waqf management system at the Roudhotul Muchlisin Mosque in general has used professional waqf land management. Second, the use of waqf land chosen by the nadzirs from the vacant land around the mosque is by building and renting out food corners. Third, the management and utilization of waqf land by the nadzirs at the Roudhotul Muchlisin Mosque by building a food corner and renting out a place for weddings and Islamic studies is one of the creative ideas that reflects a professional waqf management. In line with the conclusions above, there are several suggestions, namely: first, the administrators must strive to further maximize management and utilization by improving management and financial aspects so that the results from the use of waqf land can look even better. Second, the Government and related agencies must also have a bigger role to support the strategies carried out by the nadzirs. This can be done by helping management, recording financial aspects and so on. Given that this is also related to poverty eradication solutions that can be carried out and is the task of the Government.
