Abstract

vi ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Sekolah terhadap Minat Studi Siswa Baru dengan kepuasan siswa sebagai variable intervening. Populasi penelitian siswa baru SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Genteng. sampel yang digunakan mengacu pada perhitungan Arikunto (2011) dan ditentukan sampel sebanyak 181 orang. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif dan Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pengujian Variance-based SEM atau Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan program WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan, citra, dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap minat siswa. Hasil juga menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan siswa. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara variable kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel interventing dengan nilai lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh langsungnya. Hasil pengujian juga membuktikan pengaruh tidak langsung dari citra terhadap minat Studi melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel interventing dengan nilai lebih besar terhadap pengaruh langsungnya. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra, Minat, Kepuasan Siswavii ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and school image on new students' study interest with student satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population is new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Genteng. the sample used refers to Arikunto's calculations (2011) and determined a sample of 181 people. This study used descriptive and quantitative research methods and hypothesis testing was carried out by testing Variance-based SEM or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The results showed that service quality, image, and satisfaction had an effect on student interest. The results also show that service quality and image affect student satisfaction. There is an indirect effect between service quality variables on interest through satisfaction as an intervening variable with a greater value than the direct effect. The test results also prove the indirect effect of image on study interest through satisfaction as an intervening variable with a greater value on the direct effect.
