Abstract

Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency is a village with a lot of potential. This potential is supported by several village government programs to improve community welfare, including digital village programs, tourism villages, foreign exchange villages, and MSME development. The four program focuses are carried out by the village government involving many stakeholders. Thus, synergy between various parties needs to be built, to increase the effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented. Therefore, with the MBKM Thematic Real Work Village/College Building program, a program was formed entitled "Building Stakeholder Synergy Towards a Sustainable and Independent Village Through Developing Local Potential in Sidomulyo Village". The program was implemented using Ansel and Gash's (2008) collaborative governance theory as a benchmark in formulating the author's program. The program focuses on making village regulations, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and Instagram branding. Through this program, stronger synergy can be created between stake holders. Thus, the benefits of village government programs can be felt more widely by the community.
