Abstract
The supply of raw materials is a main aspect in agro-industrial businesses because it is an
important factor in maintaining the sustainability of the production process. UD. ZAM as a noni
extract drink agroindustry has problems in determining raw material suppliers because the current
suppliers are not able to meet raw material requirements, do not have institutions and cannot
provide raw material needs in a sustainable manner. which can affect the running of the
production. The fluctuating amount of production at UD. ZAM becomes an obstacle due to the
emergence of uncertainty in determining the amount of production in accordance with market
demand. The aim of this research was to select raw material suppliers and carry out optimization
simulations for the production of noni extract drinks at UD. ZAM. This research was carried out in
three stages, namely a preliminary study, determining raw material suppliers using the ANP
method, and optimizing the production of noni extract drinks using the fuzzy inference system
technique, the Mamdani method. The research results showed that determining raw material
suppliers by considering 5 criteria and 10 sub-criteria produces supplier A with the highest weight
value, namely and followed by supplier C and supplier B. Results of optimization simulations for
noni extract drink production by considering the amount of demand, inventory and production in 1
Recent years show that the amount of noni extract drink that must be produced is 3840 liters, while
what can currently be produced is 3,500 liters.
