Abstract
ABSTRAK Persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri konstruksi, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja secara konsisten. Faktor-faktor seperti etos kerja, pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan motivasi kerja menjadi kunci utama dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Memahami bagaimana ketiga faktor ini memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan sangat penting untuk merancang strategi pengelolaan karyawan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja, pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja PT. Surya Mustika Karya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil kerja di industri konstruksi yang kompetitif dan menuntut ketepatan waktu serta standar tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Surya Mustika Karya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja, pengembangan SDM, dan motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Surya Mustika Karya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan aspek-aspek tersebut dapat memperkuat efektivitas kerja dan reputasi perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan proyek konstruksi. Kesimpulannya, perusahaan perlu terus mengembangkan dan memotivasi karyawan melalui program-program yang mendukung etos kerja, pengembangan kompetensi, serta pemenuhan kebutuhan motivasi agar kinerja perusahaan semakin optimal. Factors such as work ethic, human resource development (HRD), and work motivation are the main keys in achieving these goals. Understanding how these three factors affect company performance is essential to designing an effective and sustainable employee management strategy. This study aims to analyze the effect of work ethic, human resource development (HRD), and work motivation on the performance of PT. Surya Mustika Karya. The background of this study is based on the importance of these factors in increasing productivity and quality of work results in the competitive construction industry that demands punctuality and high standards. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Surya Mustika Karya. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables on company performance. The results of the study indicate that work ethic, HRD development, and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Surya Mustika Karya. This finding confirms that improving these aspects can strengthen the effectiveness of work and the company's reputation in completing construction projects. In conclusion, companies need to continue to develop and motivate employees through programs that support work ethic, competency development, and fulfillment of motivational needs so that company performance is increasingly optimal.
