Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari empat variabel yaitu motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan komunikasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bumi Gasindo Raya Jember yang memiliki jumlah populasi 76 responden menggunakan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji t, koefisien determinasi). Hasil uji motivasi kerja mempunyai nilai signifikansi hitung sebesar 0.000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan t hitung (4.947) > t tabel (1.6663) yang berarti bahwa hipotesis motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang berarti semakin baik motivasi kerja akan berdampak pada semakin baiknya kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji disiplin kerja mempunyai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 dan lebih besar dari 0,05 dan t hitung (3.772) > t tabel (1.6663) yang berarti bahwa hipotesis disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang berarti semakin baik disiplin kerja akan berdampak pada semakin baiknya kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji komunikasi kerja mempunyai nilai signifikansi hitung sebesar 0.000 dan lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan t hitung (4.092) > t tabel (1.6663) yang berarti bahwa hipotesis komunikasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawand iterima. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang berarti semakin baik komunikasi kerja akan berdampak pada semakin baiknya kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, komunikasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of four variables, namely work motivation, work discipline, and work communication on employee performance. The hypothesis in this study work motivation, work discipline, and work communication partially influence employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. This also shows that work motivation affects employee performance, which means that the better work motivation will have an impact on the better employee performance. The result of work discipline test has a significance value of 0.000 and is greater than 0.05 and t count (3.772)> t table (1.6663) which means that the hypothesis of work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance is accepted. This also shows that work discipline affects employee performance, which means that the better work discipline will have an impact on the better employee performance. The results of the work communication test have a calculated significance value of 0.000 and less than 0.05 and t (4.092)> t table (1.6663) which means that the work communication hypothesis has a significant effect on the employee's performance. This also shows that work communication affects employee performance, which means that the better work communication will have an impact on the better employee performance.
