Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on the performance of PMD UDD (Unit Donor Darah) employees' performance. The population in this study were all employees at UDD PMI Jember, amounting to 42 employees. The sampling method in this study is the saturated or census sampling technique, so that the total population is the total sample of 42 employees. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and the work environment have a significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.
