Abstract

Moral faith learning is closely related to the formation of student behavior. Moral aids learning material that teaches many behaviors both towards parents and teachers. So that students become individuals who have moral character. The problem in this study is there any influence of moral akidah subjects on the behavior of class VIII students in MTs.Negeri 5 Jember. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of moral akidah subjects on the behavior of class VIII students at Mts. Negeri 5 Jember.
This type of research is quantitative. The target of this study was the eighth grade students of MTs.Negeri 5 Jember with the number of respondents 122 students, with a sample of 93 students using the Slovin technique. Analysis of the results of this study using the SPSS Statistics 21 IMB program with a simple linear regression formula. The instrument of data collection uses a questionnaire or questionnaire method.
Based on the results of data analysis shows that the Sig α value is 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning the pair of data between significant variables. But the Sig α value is 5% or 0.05, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning the pair of data between variables is not significant. The sig value in the ANOVA table is 0,000, so based on the probability value Sig 0,000 α is 0.05. So based on these data Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, this proves that moral akidah subjects have a significant value on student behavior
The conclusion of this study is that moral character has an influence on student behavior. With the calculation of correlation 0.415 or 41.5% with a sufficient degree of correlation.
