Abstract

ABSTRAK Hafiluddin,2020.PeranIkatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Dalam Meningkatkan Citra Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Skripsi, Program studi Ilmu komunikasi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember Pembimbing ; Drs.Hery B. Cahyono M.si Penelitian ini didasari atas dasar keinginan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah dalam peran ikut mengembangkan amal usaha Muhammadiyah di Univeritas Muhammadiyah Jember,serta untuk menguji seberapa berperanya untuk mengambarkan bahwa IMM juga mempunyai peran yang singnifikan dalam kampus, Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa keberadaan IMM di dalam kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah juga banyak mempengaruhi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dalam meningkatkan citra kampus, penelitan ini juga terjawab dengan berbagai argumen yang disampaikan oleh berbagai ketua komisariat dengan mengadakan berbagai kegiatan yang baik yang mengatasnamakan universitas atau organisasi IMM itu sendiri yang diadakan baik didalam kampus atau diluar kampus. Adapun hambatan yang dialami dalam meningkatkan citra Universitas adalah hambatan yang bersifat internal atau ekternal, baik dari anggota sendiri dan juga fasilitas yang diberikan pihak kampus atau fakultas itu sendiri. Dan yang terahir adalah terkait dengan peluang yang ada pada anggota IMM dalam meningkatkan citra kampus adalah IMM adalah wadah yang sudah jelas dan diakui sebagai anak kandung dari persyariakatan yang memiliki peluang lebih dri pada ormek lain,hal ini menjadi peluang terbesar karena fasilitas yang memadai dan tersedia. Cahyono M.si This research is based on the desire to find out how big the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association is in the role of participating in developing Muhammadiyah charities at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember, as well as to test how much it plays an image to illustrate that IMM also has a significant role in the campus. This research resulted in the conclusion that the existence of IMM on the Muhammadiyah University campus also influenced the Muhammadiyah University of Jember a lot in improving the image of the campus, this research was also answered by various arguments presented by various commissariat heads by holding various good activities on behalf of the university or IMM organization itself. which is held either on campus or off campus. As for the obstacles experienced in improving the image of the University are obstacles that are internal or external, both from the members themselves and also the facilities provided by the campus or the faculty itself. And the last thing is that related to the opportunities that exist for IMM members in improving the image of the campus, IMM is a clear and recognized place for the biological child of an organization that has more opportunities than other organizations, this is the biggest opportunity because of the adequate and available facilities.
