Abstract

Financial performance in a company shows the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the company. The better the company in managing finances, the better for the company's financial performance. This study aims to assess the condition of the financial performance of BUMDes Gunung Mulia Grenden in 2016 and 2019. The variables used in this research is the financial ratios of Return On Asets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Total Asets Turn Over. Secondary data from the research is the financial statements of BUMDes Gunung Mulia for the period 2016 to 2019, especially the income statement and balance sheet. The data collection technique in this research is in the form of documentation. This type of research is included in quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study based on the average value of Return On assets in 2016-2019 show that the financial performance conditions of BUMdes Gunung Mulia are very good. Based on the average value of Return On Equity in 2016-2019, the financial performance of BUMdes Gunung Mulia is in a verycondition goodt. Based on the average Net Profit margin value from 2016 to 2019, the financial performance conditions of the Gunung Mulia BUMDes are still in poor condition. Based on the average value of Total Asets Turn Over 2016-2019, it shows that the financial performance condition of the Gunung Mulia BUMDes is still inadequate.
