Abstract
Jeruk siam merupakan buah yang potensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai upaya pemenuhan permintaan konsumen. Sekitar 70% sampai 80% jenis jeruk yang dikembangkan petani Indonesia merupakan jeruk siam. Tujuan penelitian: (1) mengidentifikasi struktur biaya usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo, (2) mengidentifikasi kelayakan finansial usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo, (3) mengidentifiasi tingkat sensitivitas usahtani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo terhadap perubahan input dan output. Metode analisis data yang digunakan NPV,Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, dan Payback period. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) struktur biaya usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo terdiri dari biaya investasi, operasional, biaya lain-lain dan sewa lahan dengan total biaya usahatani sebesar Rp 190.358.616 per hektar, (2) usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo secara finansial menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan dengan nilai NPV yang positif (Rp 137.893.537); Gross B/C (1,99); Net B/C (3,43); IRR (46,52%/tahun) dengan payback period 4,5 tahun, (3) investasi usahatani jeruk siam kurang sensitive terhadap perubahan produksi maupun perubahan biaya operasional. Kata kunci : Jeruk siam, Finansial, Kelayakan, Sensitivitas Citrus SuhuiensisTan is a fruit that has the potential to be developed as an effort to fulfill consumer demand. About 70 to 80% of the types of citrus grown by Indonesian farmers are Citrus SuhuiensisTan. (1) Identifying the cost structure of Citrus SuhuiensisTan farming in Bangorejo District. (2) Identifying whether Citrus SuhuiensisTan farming in Bangorejo District is financially feasible to operate. (3) Identifying the sensitivity level of Citrus SuhuiensisTan farming in Bangorejo District to changes in input and output. Data analysis methods are used: NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, and Payback period. The results are (1) research The cost structure of Citrus SuhuiensisTan farming in Bangorejo District consists of investment costs, operations, other costs and land rent with a total farming cost of IDR 190,358,616 per hectare (2) Citrus SuhuiensisTan farming in Bangorejo District is financially profitable and worth the effort. The investment criteria show a positive NPV value (Rp 137.893.537); Gross B/C (1.99); Net B/C (3.43); IRR (46,52%/year) with a payback period of 4.5 years (3) Citrus SuhuiensisTan farming investment is less sensitive to changes in production and changes in operational costs.
