Abstract

Kelompok tani adalah kumpulan petani yang dibentuk atas dasar kesamaan kepentingan, kesamaan kondisi lingkungan sosial, ekonomi, dan sumberdaya, kesamaan komoditas, dan keakraban untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan usaha anggota. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan : (1) untuk mengetahui dinamika kelompok tani Jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi; (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara efektivitas kelompok tani jeruk siam terhadap tingkat produktivitas dan keuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian deskripitif dan korelasional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang dianalisis dengan mempergunakan metode skala likert dan analisis jalur/ path analysis. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang petani. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa : (1) tingkat dinamika kelompok tani Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi tergolong tinggi, dengan rata-rata kriteria nilai adalah 52-85, dan untuk tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi tergolong sedang dengan rata-rata kriteria nilai adalah 18-51; (2) a. Efektivitas berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan yang menggunakan model pertama. b. Efektivitas berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan dan produktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan yang menggunakan model kedua. c. Nilai Pengaruh langsung variabel X terhadap Y = 0,994, nilai Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel X terhadap Z = -2,126, dan nilai Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel Z terhadap Y = 3,122. Kata kunci : analisis jalur/path Analysis, dinamika kelompok, jeruk siam, dan skala likert The farm group is a group of farmers formed on the basis of mutual interests, the common social, economic, and resource conditions, commodity similarities, and closeness to the development and development of member enterprises. The study was conducted with a purpose: (1) to learn the dynamics of the Citrus Nobilis farm groups in the district of Banyuwangi prefecture; (2) to know the effect between the effectiveness of Citrus Nobilis farm groups on productivity and profit levels. The study used descriptive and corelational research approaches. The data used is the primary and secondary data analyzed by applying a likert scale method and path analysis. There were 65 samples. Based on research, it has concluded that: (1) both-based based on the dynamics of the bothworks of the Bangorejo district, with a high rate of value criteria being 52-85, and for the level of effectiveness of the farm groups in the bangorejo district of banyuwangi, a medium-scale value criteria is 18-51; (2) a. effectiveness affects the that used the first model. b. Effectivenesson profit and productivity does not effect the profit that used the second model. c. the value of the immediate affect x variable on y = 0,994, the value of the x variable on z = -2,126, and the z variable indirect impact value on y = 3,122.
