Turnitin EFEKTIVITAS KONSENTRASI GIBERELIN DAN KONSENTRASI PUPUK HAYATI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS OKRA (Abelmosc.pdf Download (900kB) |
Abstract
Both cultivating and pest control techniques greatly affect productivity of soybean farming. Intercropping is one of the most common technique to increase land productivity that in turn will escalate soybean production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of frequency of weeding and pest control on the physiological characters of soybean plants intercropped with sugarcane. The experiment was carried out in the experimental garden of the Agriculture Faculty of Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember that is situated at an altitude of 89 m above sea level. It was conducted in the form of field experiment from January 2020 to June 2020 using randomized block design. The first factor to be evaluated was frequency of weed with 3 levels i.e: P1 = one times application, P2 = two times application, P3 = three times application. The second factor to be examined is pest controls i.e s: H0 = Chemical insecticide with active ingredient Deltametri 25 with a concentration of 1 ml L-1 , H1 = Vegetable Insecticide for Tobacco Leaf Extract and Jatropha Leaf with a concentration of 2 ml L-1 , H2 = Vegetable Insecticide Soursop Leaf Extract with a concentration of 300 ml L-1 , H3 = Vegetable Insecticide Neem Leaf Extract with a concentration of 100 ml L-1 . The results showed that the best interaction between weeding frequency and pest control was the frequency of weeding twice (15 days after planting and 30 days after planting) with pest control with vegetable insecticides soursop leaf extract with a concentration of 300 ml L-1 and pest control once (15 days after planting) with insecticide Neem leaf extract with a concentration of 100 ml L-1 was the best treatment combination.
