Pembimbing: (1) Indah Rakhmawati Afrida, S.Si., M.Pd (2) Aulya Nanda Prafitasari, S.Pd., M.Pd Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pemahaman guru, modul ajar, SMA Salah satu perangkat penting untuk melancarkan penerapan pembelajaran dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar adalah modul ajar. Guru wajib menyusun modul ajar secara lengkap dan sistematis hal ini karena merupakan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang perlu dikembangkan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pemahaman guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan upaya guru mengembangkan modul ajar di SMA Negeri Pakusari Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tingkat pemahaman guru dalam menyusun modul ajar serta bagaimana upaya guru mengembangkan modul ajar di SMA Negeri Pakusari Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri Pakusari Jember. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 15 guru yang mengajar di kelas X SMA Negeri Pakusari Jember dengan kisaran umur kurang dari 30 tahun sampai lebih dari umur 50 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh guru bidang studi kelas X di SMA Negeri Pakusari Jember telah memahami definisi kurikulum merdeka belajar secara umum, selanjutnya 70% guru memahami modul ajar, sebanyak 70% guru memahami mengenai definisi CP serta ATP, kemudian 70% guru yang paham secara umum dengan profil pelajar pancasila beserta dimensi-dimensinya, guru paham dengan strategi pembelajaran sebanyak 70% dan guru paham dengan asesmen yang dipergunakan dalam modul ajar sebesar 55%. Upaya untuk mengembangkan modul ajar di SMA Negeri Pakusari Jember yaitu guru rutin mengikuti kegiatan MGMP sekali dalam sebulan, guru ikut serta dalam kegiatan In House Training (IHT) yang diadakan pihak sekolah tiap tahun ajaran baru akan dimulai dan sharing/berdiskusi membahas modul ajar bersama mahasiswa PPG prajabatan yang melakukan magang di sekolah. Teachers are obliged to compile the teaching module in a complete and systematic manner because it is the pedagogical competence of the teacher that needs to be developed. The problem in this research is the level of understanding of teachers in compiling teaching modules and teachers' efforts to develop learning modules at State High School Pakusari Jember. This research aims to analyze the level of understanding of teachers in compiling teaching modules as well as the teacher's efforts to develop the teaching module at State High School Pakusari Jember. The study was conducted at Pakusari Jember State High School. The type of research is qualitative, descriptive research. The sample used in this study was 15 teachers who taught in the X class of State High School Pakusari Jember, with an age range of less than 30 years to more than 50 years. Data collection methods used in this study included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that all teachers in the field of study class X in High School State Pakusari Jember have understood the definition of the curriculum of independent learning in general; the next 70% of teachers understand the teaching module; as much as 70% of teachers understand the definitions of CP as well as ATP; then 70% of teachers understand in general the profile of the student pancasila along with its dimensions; 70% understand the learning strategy; and 55% understand the assessment used in the learning module. Efforts to develop teaching modules at Pakusari Jember State Senior High School, namely teachers regularly participating in MGMP activities once a month, teachers participating in In-House Training (IHT) activities held by the school each new academic year will start, and sharing and discussing teaching modules with students Pre-service PPGs who do internships at schools.
