Abstract
vi ABSTRAK Permasalahan pada organisasi pada umumnya di sebebkan oleh menurunnya produktivitas SDM. kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Seluruh Kabupaten Jember menujukkan terjadi penurunan ataupun belum mencapai target pada nilai SKP pada tahun 2020 dan 2022. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa capaian sasaran kinerja pegawai kecamatan di Kabupaten Jember mengalami penurunan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi yang diselenggarakan oleh kantor kecamatan dalam hal ini pegawai kecamatan masih belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai Variabel intervening pada Pegawai Kecamatan di Kabupaten Jember. jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 101 dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja, budaya kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) lingkungan kerja, budaya kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) lingkungan kerja, budaya kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variable intervening. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan, Budaya, kepuasan kerja, OCB dan Kinerja Pegawai.vii ABSTRACT Problems in organizations are generally caused by decreased HR productivity. the performance of sub-district office employees throughout the Jember Regency shows a decline or has not yet reached the target on SKP scores in 2020 and 2022. This shows that the achievement of sub-district employee performance targets in Jember Regency has decreased. This shows that in carrying out the main tasks and functions carried out by the sub-district office, in this case the sub-district employees are still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the work environment, work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening Variable for District Employees in Jember Regency. The number of samples in this study was 101 using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that (1) work environment, work culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) work environment, work culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work environment, work culture and satisfaction Work has a significant effect on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable Keywords: Environment, Culture, job satisfaction, OCB and Employee Performance.
