Abstract

Egg layer hen is choosen in breeding because those hens could produce enough eggs fastly. Egg layer hens are kinds of hens that susceptible with stressed risk and would directly affected to the amount of egg producing. The first egg is produced when hen in 6 months age and would produce egg till 2 years old. To reach the maximum product we have to considered about caring management. One of factors that influenced is the sanitation of stable and egg product management. Therefore, in this last assignment, the writer was design a tool with a control system for cleaning the stable automatically based on arduino UNO R3 and egg monitoring counter via android. This writing is started by system analizing and designing, whether hardware or software. Then continued by coding programming. This automatic tool has three main parts, the first is block cleaner consists of motor DC as an activator and water pump. That connected with arduino micro controller as a timer for stable sanitation. The second is conveyor block that integrated with LDR censor to activate the motor DC. And the third is egg block counter uses LDR censor that connected with micro controller and module wifi ESP8266 that would sending the data to website and ThingView application to see the data in android.
